Job Description

• Assisting in preparation and finalisation of  Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement as per Ind As.
• Financial performance (Balance sheet and P&L) analysis of the Standalone and group financials and its reporting to the management.
• Handling IFC Audits including developing IFC control implementation , preparing and finalising RCM and SOPs related to Finance Functions.
• Assisting in preparation of Audit Committee and Investor presentation related to Finance.
• Handling Statutory and Internal audits and its timely closure.
• Oversee the process of internal, statutory & compliance audits with respect to accounts & ensure implementation of auditors’ suggestions/comments.
• System and process rationalization and improvement: Understanding and driving system implementation related to Finance and Accounts and identifying process for productivity improvement.
• Identifying cost rationalization and revenue enhancement opportunities by detailed analysis and by engaging with various business groups and senior management.
• Analyse costs, variable contributions, actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Be the Finance SPOC for the assigned product within the Group.
