Job Description

• Evaluate the Current Business Opportunities available.
• Prepare Presentation to MD/CFO Analysing various proposals for acquisitions received by the Company
• Financial Evaluation of Targets
• Play Key role in initiation and implementation of action plans for due diligence as well as for the formulation of preferred routes of approach. Actively communicate with cross-functional departments in support of the diligence and investigation of prospective opportunities. in enabling successful transaction execution and integration.
• Understanding and Preparation of Financial model, financial projections , undertake valuation exercise and analyse various financial ratios (IRR, NPV, Enterprise Value, Book Value, Free Cash flows to the firms, Free Cash flows to the equity)
• Conducting due-diligence reviews on prospective target companies from a historical and future tax perspective
• Review and work out the Valuation of new Investment Opportunities using appropriate valuation methods
• Review and work out the Valuation of funding rounds and the businesses of the company, including its various verticals, using appropriate valuation method
• Formulating and Implementing Strategies for funding considering the strategic goals of the organization.
• Work out restructuring options to maximize Fundraising Potential and Tax planning.
• Work on Integration Plans post signing of agreement.
• Evaluate the method of purchase consideration to be paid.

Education : CA with 5 years of experience in M&A
