Job Description

We are seeking an experienced plant finance manager with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. The ideal candidate will  be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our plant. This role requires sales finance, credit management, and day-to-day accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the plant.
• Handle sales finance activities, including revenue analysis, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee credit management to ensure timely collections and minimize credit risk.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive financial performance.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
• 12-13 years of experience in plant finance within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales finance, credit management, and day-to-day accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
