Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling finance functions, designing & implementing system, day to day accounting, policies and procedures.
• Supervision of junior staff in their day to day working and checking of data prepared/compiled by them in response to notices issued by various Government Authorities like Income Tax and GST,
• Knowledge of accounting principles & standards, concepts and techniques of auditing and accounting and consolidation of financial statements. 
• Working knowledge of Companies Acts, Direct and Indirect Taxation like TDS, Tax Audit, GST Return, GST Refund.
• Ability to multitask with analyzing and interpreting financial data, Ratio analysis, cash flow
• Ability to prepare monthly MIS, comparison with Budgets & variance analysis.
• Financial Management skills i.e. Capital Budgeting, Working Capital Management.
• Working Knowledge of ERP/ SAP and expert knowledge of MS Office
• Balance sheet preparation as per IND AS.
• Coordination with auditors for finalisation of other/subsidiary Cos. 
• Coordination with Auditors/consultants,
• MIS - Reporting Monthly financials with various operational analysis & Variance analysis with revenue and capital budget.
• Preparation of MIS and Internal Audit functions,
• Calculation of Advance tax and checking of Income Tax and GST returns,
• Responsible for handling of all Direct and indirect Tax related matters.
