Job Description

Overview: This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our co-lending activities, where accuracy, efficiency, and compliance are paramount.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Monitoring and Reporting:

• Perform daily disbursal, collection, refund related reconciliation for co-lending activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including loans disbursed, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.

1. Process Improvement:

• Streamline existing financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices for financial operations within the co-lending framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

1. Relationship Management:

• Liaise with external partners, including financial institutions and co-lending partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter cleared.

• Proven experience in financial operations preferably co-lending within the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Excel, financial databases).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
