Job Description

Job Responsibility:

•  Monthly MIS reporting, month-end closing, Daily accounting, receipt, and payment.
•  Monitoring & Authorization of Purchase, Sales, Journal Entries & General Ledger (GL) TDS/TCS 
•  Checking TDS working, TDS Return, GST compliance, verification of statutory compliance like Provident Fund, ESIC,
•  Record-to-Report process includes general accounting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and reporting.
•  Cost forecast, and preparation of budget.
•  Handling Balance sheet and profit & loss account schedules and trial balance.
•  Organized data into multiple spreadsheets to streamline data. disbursements.
•  Monitored the status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing.
•  Prepared and mailed invoices to customers, processed payments and documented account updates

Skills:

• Support external auditors with their audit of internal controls over financial reporting and work directly with external auditors to ensure testing standards and deadlines for reliance are met
•  Perform quality check (audit) on balance sheet reconciliation
•  Ensure correct payroll accounting and compliance
•  Prepare the statutory adjustments and annual report
