Role Expectations:
● Champion the employee experience across lifecycle
● Implementation and efficacy of Talent Information System (HRMS)
● Overseeing HR databases and internal software.
● Resolving all employee-related issues and queries, through tech solutions
● Driving automation in People Processes
● Implement People data analytics
● Drive accurate compensation disbursement cycles, payroll and rewards cycles
● Collaborate with team members and across functions in the development, implementation, communication, and training of programs and policies.
● Monitor effectiveness of existing policies and recommend edits based on dip stick understanding and benchmarks
● Understand and implement all new and upcoming compliance requirements
