Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities –

• Fund and Portfolio Valuations: Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment funds, portfolio companies, and their performance. Stay updated on portfolio company developments, acquisitions, and exits to effectively communicate relevant information to investors.

• LP Knowledge and Understanding: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective limited partners (LPs). Conduct research on LPs and industry trends to support fundraising efforts and enhance investor relations strategies.

• Fundraising Support: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents for fundraising activities.

• Communication Materials: Creation and delivery of investor communications, such as quarterly reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials for investor meetings and roadshows.

• Collaborative Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the investment group and legal, to gather performance data, market insights, and fund-related information, and convey these updates to investors. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate investor due diligence processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to investor inquiries.

• Database Management: Ensure that internal databases containing investor specific information (key person contact, meeting notes, etc) as well as portfolio company information (performance, valuations, etc) are maintained and updated as required.

Ideal candidate –

• 3-8 years of experience

• Strong understanding of private equity portfolio valuations and finance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

• Team player, humble, willing to put the firm first

• High level of genuine curiosity about our business and exhibits an eagerness to lear
