Job Description

Revenue & Receivable Area:-

• Accounts books updation for revenue and receivables area
• Checking the outstanding and providing approval on order creation for credit block after appropriate approval.
• Maintaining record of agreements and PDC cheques
• Credit note booking for customers as per the terms agreed and GAAP applicable.
• Expense booking pertaining to the customer/channel being handled along with correct TDS impacts.
• Collection booking on daily basis and knocking it off on FIFO basis.
• Provision vs actual tracker to be maintained and updated on timely basis for provisions booked.
• Submission of data/reports for Internal audit and Statutory Audit
• Working on recovery of overdue and assisting in improving working capital position
• Publishing ageing report on weekly basis and following up for long outstanding dues. 
• Reconciliation of customers on periodic basis

System Experience preferred:-

• Netsuite ERP system
• Microsoft Dynamics 365

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Accounting softwares
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with business team and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
