Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:
   • Assist in analyzing financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
   • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
   • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
   • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
   • Assist in the development of financial models to project future financial performance.
   • Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in forecasts.
3. MIS Reporting:
   • Prepare and distribute monthly MIS reports to key stakeholders.
   • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance.
   • Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to management.
4. Cost Management:
   • Monitor and analyze costs across different business units.
   • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
   • Assist in implementing cost control measures and tracking their effectiveness.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
   • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for compliance purposes.
6. Strategic Support:
   • Participate in strategic projects and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
   • Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities and investments.
