Job Description

Financial Planning and Analysis: 

- Budgeting and Forecasting- Overhead budgeting.
- Evaluation of Various Business Strategies – impact assessment, IRR computation etc., 
- Analysing Customer wise profitability and preparation of other related reports. 
- Preparation and automation of MIS reports. 

Record to Report: 

- Preparation of Financial Statements – Monthly and Quarterly along with Variance Analysis Reporting. 
- Liaison with Statutory and Internal Auditors for Quarterly and Yearly Audit. 
- Presentation of Financial results to the management. 

Taxation: 

- Reviewing monthly TDS challans and Quarterly returns. 
- Computation of Business income under Income Tax, Advance Tax and Deferred Tax and Liaison with Tax Auditors for Yearly Tax Audit. 
- Co-ordinate with Tax Auditors to represent IT assessment and Appeals. 
- Reviewing monthly GST returns, Reconciliation of GL accounts with GST returns filed. 
- Liaison with GST Auditors for filing of Annual return. 
- Handling GST Government Inspection and Audit. 
- Reviewing and analysing gratuity valuation report and passing necessary accounting entries. 

  Ideal candidate:

• CA is preffered and must have experience into manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning-Analysis.
• Proven track record of successful Financial Planning-Analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Reporting To- CFO
