Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fund administration - Co-coordinating with Administrators for Current fund and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving documents across funds.

Supervising the accounting records and providing support in monitoring various elements of the fund, such as management fee, carried interest, NAV, waterfall, Capital Call and distribution, IRR, MOIC and managing cash flow and expenses.

Managing the end to end quarterly fund reporting process with the fund administrator and internal stakeholder, and responsible for the fund's deliverables to investors (quarterly/ Annual Report etc.) in accordance with the Fund documents.

Audit Assistance - Possess strong knowledge of International and Indian Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS and IAS)

Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate Statutory filings and overall regulatory compliance regulator guidelines.

Responsible for supporting the Investor servicing team to respond to various investor queries. Supports the financials planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.

Liaise with product, legal and marketing teams to discuss matters critical to setting up of new funds, fund documentation and investor related matters and also provide support, wherever required.

Liaise with tax, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters from conceptualizing new funds to management of existing funds.

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8years experience 
• Candidates from Big4's / Fund industry with prior experience in Private Equity / Venture capital funds.
