Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge of Corporate and Partnership accounting, Accounting Standards, Company Law provisions, Statutory Compliances of Companies
• Must have knowledge about Consolidation accounting procedures
• Must be able to finalize the books of entities viz. Companies, LLPs, Firms- based on Accounting Standards, Companies Act and as per audit requirements.
• Must have knowledge of Direct taxation
• Should be able to compile details for Income tax scrutiny matters and tax audits.
• Must have had experience in finalizing books of accounts of Companies and Firms
• Must have Prepared Income tax returns of Companies and Firms
• Must have compiled details for Income tax submissions/ DTP audits.

Ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years’ experience in audit and direct taxation with majority in Real Estate industry. Experience in listed company will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in EXCEL, Powerpoint and ERP system
• Team player
• Good communication skills
