Job Description

Role Expectations:

·       Knowledge of Color Cosmetics and New product development process

·       Solid experience in Procurement, Sourcing and Supplier operations

·       Should have experience in Negotiation, Supplier Management and Development, and Stakeholder Management.

·       Effective supplier communications and engagement in key programs

·       Conduct market scoping and competitor mapping routinely

·       Vendor Management and Vendor Negotiation ability

·       Conduct Product Survey and benchmarking the Products

·       Exposure to a beauty / cosmetics environment is beneficial but not essential.

·       Willingness to work in a Robust and fast-paced environment

Role Deliverables:

·       Coordinating with all stakeholders to plan and execute product launches from testing to colour selection to production, packaging and shipments.
·       Coordinating with logistics partners for documentation and delivery of samples and final products. Coordinating back office operations like scheduling payments, product registrations etc.
·       Following up on the packaging artwork creation with the designer and further coordinating the same with suppliers for the order
·       Coordination with the warehouse team for incoming consignments and purchase orders in the system.
