Job Description

  • Financial Finalization: Oversee the finalization of accounts for group companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit processes.
  • Balance Sheet Preparation: Prepare standalone and consolidated balance sheets, providing comprehensive financial insights.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and IFRS, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally and SAP for efficient accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Manage GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the preparation and capitalization of the fixed asset register (FA register), ensuring accurate asset tracking and reporting.
  • Reconciliation and Ledger Management: Perform reconciliation and ledger scrutiny within SAP, ensuring financial data integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word for effective financial analysis and reporting.
  • Manufacturing Accounting: Apply experience in accounting for manufacturing concerns, ensuring accurate and complete financial finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Tally and SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts for manufacturing concerns.
