Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice collections, reconciliations, and receipt accounting.

  • Conduct credit assessments on customers to establish credit terms and limits.

  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments effectively and professionally.

  • Prepare and analyze aging reports, identifying delinquent accounts, and initiating collection actions.

  • Collaborate with sales, customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.

  • Review and update credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and improve cash flow.

  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparation of AR reports and Customer ledger reconciliations.

  • Paying regular customer visit to establish business relationship.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Prefered Skills

•      Computer knowledge of MS office is a must

•      Good communication skills in English (to be able to do very effective & creative verbal & written communication)

•       Thorough understanding of accounting principles, credit control processes, and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (JDE) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
