Company has a unique, household-centric approach to lending, understanding the multiple streams of income that a rural household has and the indebtedness of a household providing them superior underwriting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Ø Preparing monthly MIS, Budget Vs Actual variance analysis, Preparation of Branch P&L account.
Ø Maintain operational effectiveness and documentation for internal controls.
Ø Partner with management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Ø Well-versed with IND AS financial preparation and finalisation.
Ø Liaising with Auditors to ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit etc.
Ø Handling Income Tax, GST, TDS and other regulatory compliances as required.
Ø Reconciliation of AUM with product processor
Ø To coordinate with the tech team for development of new logics in the LMS and testing the existing reports
Required qualifications:
· CA with 3+ years post qualification experience. NBFC experience would be preferable
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Adept at working under pressure and tight deadlines
