We are currently seeking a semi-qualified Company Secretary or a graduate in B.Com to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in scheme implementation for business arrangements (such as mergers, demergers, capital reduction) or related work experience. This role will involve assisting in driving of NCLT process which primarily would include drafting the legal documents, managing the scheme filing process, coordinating and managing various authorities involved and other associated tasks.
