  • Annual Returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc)
  • Maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc)
  • Share Transfer, Issue of Shares, etc
  • Planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc
  • RBI Compliances FLA, FCGPR, etc
  • Drafting Contracts and Agreements
  • Trademark applications and hearing
