Job Description

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with finance for payment processing, including scheduling payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payments/Invoices.
• Assist with month-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Vendor Reconciliation
• Ensure GST compliance and perform GST reconciliations.
• Support to tech for automation
