Job Description

 Real Estate Advisory Services
o Understanding of real estate business.
o Portfolio assessment and managing risk reviews internally and externally
o Co-ordinating external compliance, operations and working with external consultants
o Augmenting the fund manager in managing the portfolio reviews internally as well as externally
o Controls/overview on escrow/cash flow management
o Preparing valuation models for the Portfolio companies
o Co-ordinating and working with the JV companies
o Preparing Investor reporting

The candidate should be/have:
 Qualifications: CA
 Strong work ethic and high integrity
 Strong communication skills both written and spoken
 Must be proficient in MS office
 2-4 years of experience of working with big 4/tier 1 accounting firm in statutory or internal audit or working in real estate company / Private equity in the  investment / asset management profile
 Ability to work with a small entrepreneurial team, flexibility, and adaptability
