Job Description

1. Litigation Strategy: Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for indirect tax disputes, including disputes related to GST, customs duties, and other indirect taxes.

2. Case Management: Manage all aspects of indirect tax litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing evidence, and representing clients at various forums.

3. Client Advocacy: Negotiate with tax authorities, and represent clients in hearings and litigation in various forums.

4. Legal Analysis: Analyse complex tax issues, assess risks, and provide strategic advice to clients.

5. Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored legal support to clients across industries.

6. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on indirect tax laws and regulations to offer innovative legal solutions.
