The Team chooses case-specific appropriate resolution strategy to unlock maximum value from financially stressed or distressed companies for the benefit of all stake holders. The primary focus has been on the revival and turnaround of potentially viable industrial enterprises.
1. Ensuring process compliance by random sample checking, mystery shopping etc.
2. Investigating complaints from the borrowers
3. Coordinating with various Audit teams and ensuring that all observations are implemented and followed by the business
4. Random checking of call records, borrower interactions, bidder interactions to identify weaknesses of the process compliance
Skill Sets:

1. Must have exposure to retail assets working with any lending institution
