Job Description

1. Manage Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, and financial statement reporting.

2. Inventory Management: Prepare inventory reconciliation regularly, manage inventory-related provisions according to company policy, and coordinate with auditors to resolve audit queries.

3. Warranty Management: Handle warranty-related transactions, including insurance, and ensure proper amortization. Also, manage month/quarter-end provisions.

4. Accounting Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain accounting policies, systems, and processes to facilitate smooth transactional functioning and accurate financial reporting.

5. Segment Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly segment reporting statements, present them to senior management, and contribute to financial reporting activities.

6. Bank Reconciliation: Manage PAN India bank reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

7. Business Analysis: Conduct monthly business analysis on various expense heads, provide insights to the CFO and respective departments, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen processes and controls to maximize savings.

8. Internal Control Implementation: Ensure proper implementation of internal controls over financial reporting for the areas under direct responsibility.
