Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the financial and business performance of the portfolio companies of the Fund on monthly / quarterly / annual basis including monitoring of their internal controls. Assist the companies on setting up the MIS for reporting to the Fund.
• Responsible for the Financial Reporting of Entities including an Investment Manager LLP, Funds and an NBFC.
• Assisting in the independent valuation exercise of the Fund portfolio companies.
• Responsible for internal MIS management entities.
• Investor Compliance management and reporting.
• Lead statutory and other regulatory audit processes (including inspection from SEBI, RBI & any other regulatory body) and ensure seamless closure within the timelines.
• Stakeholder Management (auditors, trustees, bankers and other stakeholders) on a regular basis.
• Assist the CFO in any strategic matters across  entities.

Required Qualifications and Attributes:

• CA - with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in financial and business analysis of companies, financial modelling, (Prior experience with VC/PE fund or an advisory firm preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to work across teams
• Highly self-motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach
• Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong orientation towards learning and growth
