Job Description

Statutory compliance and indirect taxation compliance for zone to ensure adherence to legal standards

  • Retail License Management of the Zone
  • Handling of GST and related issues for 5+ states

Closing books of accounts, managing the payables and receivables to ensure timely payments

  • Ensuring the complete Commercial set up is in place for new store opening and ensuring closure checklist is followed and action plan is in place for store closure.
  • Timely closure of tender reconciliation. Cash & sales Management/Commercial Audit / NSO Launch / Store Closures. Ensure store audit is done periodically and to support HO for closure of internal and external audit

Process control and improvement and Support in store operations, MIS and Zonal review
Identify the opportunities for SOH and work on SOPs

  • Coordinating with RBD Team to ensure Landlord negotiations for OC reduction to achieve the targeted OC saving.
  • Revisit the existing SOP's and roll-out & streamlining of Policies, DOA, SOPs & Workflow Module
  • Supporting Ops team in driving cost control in Store Opex heads. Ensuring Zero revenue leakage.

Budgeting, Forecasting and Rolling Plan along with cost optimizations

  • Ensuring new store registration in coordination with legal team and ensure store OPEX is within budget and targets are met as per expectations
  • Submitting detailed variance analysis of performance to budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the ZBH and Ops team to drive profitability and growth.

Landlords and Franchisee vendors Management

  • Quarterly recon and signing off the balance confirmation.
  • Identify and contact the potential partners to secure franchising opportunities.
  • Timely closure of NSO proposal & renovation of stores.

People Management and development to keep team abreast with the latest developments
