Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plan for the real estate sector. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of real estate markets, including demographic, economic, and industry trends. Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions. Analyze financial data, perform due diligence, and assess the feasibility and profitability of new ventures.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape within the real estate industry. Identify competitive threats and opportunities, benchmark against industry peers, and provide recommendations to enhance the company's competitive position.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and implement performance metrics and tracking systems to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, legal, and marketing, to gather data, align strategies, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Foster effective communication and teamwork to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry experts, and government agencies. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Education Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant - Qualified CA
  • MBA/ PGDM (Master of Business Administration)
