Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the administrators for the current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across funds
• Assist in tracking & working on different aspects of the fund – management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management
• Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs, quarterly and annual reporting with respect to Funds to the Investor servicing team and assisting in Investor queries
• Assist with Valuation of portfolio companies in line with SEBI annual requirements
• Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting & legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters
• Follow a close checklist approach to ensure effective co-ordination amongst all stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

Chartered accountant fresher or with 1-3years experience, preferably in a VC/PE or financial services sector or Big4 audit firms
