Job Description

To contribute towards the deliverables of the Strategy department which include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Assist in driving the Capital Planning and Raising process of the Bank
• Presentations to Senior Management, Board and Group that explain the strategy of the bank while also elaborating on how the Bank remains aligned to the same
• Creating investor presentations and collaterals encapsulating analysis of Bank’s performance and business model for third parties including regulators
• Monitoring various KPIs of the Bank and liaising closely with stakeholders to understand movements in the same
• Assisting in budgeting exercise and presenting the same to stakeholders, with necessary elaboration of assumptions and fitment of the same to Bank’s overall strategy
• Play a central role in the company’s executive governance, including setting meeting agendas, and driving follow up actions.
• Support the CEO and Management team with prioritization of initiatives to achieve the bank’s financial objectives.  
• Assist in market research activities (external perspective), and develop & manage a rudimentary data & analytics framework (internal perspective) to be used by MD’s desk- to identify potential strategic and tactical initiatives, in conjunction with Management to enhance the bank’s performance
• Provide periodic and ad hoc research reports, data & analytical support, with advice and recommendations to the CEO & Management to aide in decision making.
