Job Description

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Scrutiny of accounts for group entities on monthla y basis.
• Checking of bank reconciliation statements.
• Asset addition/ Retirements/ Insurance
• Checking of TDS Returns /TDS Payments/Defaults
• Checking of Monthly GST payments/ Return filing
• MIS preparation for group entities
• Handling yearly/Half Yearly Finalization work/ ITR Filing/ROC filings
• Assisting in Income tax assessment work and audit requirements, handling the notices & requirements of the IT dept.
• Secretarial Compliance
• Submission of NSE/BSE/MCX/SEBI net worth
