Job Description

1. Direct Taxation (DT) and Transfer Pricing (TP):
   • Demonstrate expertise in Direct Taxation laws and regulations.
   • Execute transfer pricing analysis and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
   • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of direct tax returns.
2. International Taxation:
   • Handle overseas tax matters, leveraging experience and understanding of international tax regulations.
   • Coordinate with consultants and in-house teams to address cross-border taxation issues.
3. Compliance Management:
   • Ensure compliance with Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Indirect Tax (IDT) regulations in both Indian and overseas geographies.
   • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
4. Team Management:
   • Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 qualified or graduate professionals.
   • Provide guidance on complex tax issues and foster a collaborative work environment
