Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with government authorities to secure necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for development projects.
• Collaborate with construction teams to manage on-site activities, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to local and national regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including community members, contractors, and project teams, to address concerns, build positive relationships, and maintain project support.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, compliance status, and any challenges encountered.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master's degree in a relevant field or a Semi-Qualified CA is a plus.
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in challenging situations.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project development.
