Job Description

Job Summary:

• The Mall is an operational assets wherein lot of departments contribute on daily basis:
• Operations: They are looking after the visitors of the Mall, Tenants grievances, Business happening on day to day basis, No of Car/ Two wheelers entered in the mall, Their average stay, How many visited Cinema, How many visited Food court etc.
• Technical department : provide their inputs of Electricity / Water consumptions, Break downs of lift/escalators / AC plan.
• Security provides report on event happened in the mall, any accidents, Lost / Found
• Leasing provides status of occupied / Vacant shops, On-going deals etc.
• All the above reports need to be reviewed / Monitored and feedback to be given for deviation from the Budget / benchmarks and Follow up need to be taken on corrective actions.
• The person coordinating for reports must review and follow up all the reports from the departs must review then on daily basis and need to present to Centre director / management for their review with highlights of the day.
• HE / She must understand the Mall business and building management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the development, analysis, and monitoring of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Identify variances and provide recommendations to management.
• Analysis: Conduct in-depth operations analysis, including cost analysis, and trend analysis. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis results.
• Month-end and Quarter-end Closing: Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and ensuring the accuracy of data.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain budget variances and provide recommendations to address any discrepancies.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects as required by senior management.
