Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for our Financial Partnership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Direct Origination (DO) partners, building portfolios, and overseeing the onboarding process for new partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the evaluation and onboarding of NBFCs, fintech, and platform entities for partnership opportunities.
• Overseeing the integration of new products, technologies, and processes related to partnership initiatives.
• Developing a deep understanding of the underlying sectors to assess business environments, risks (including credit, regulatory, and economic risks), and identify opportunities and early warning signals.
• Conducting client visits to assess ground-level operations, business dynamics, and credit risks.
• Building and maintaining professional networks while staying up-to-date with policy, regulatory changes, and sector developments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBA/CA qualification.

Minimum Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking or non-banking finance.
• Proven experience in managing portfolios within MSME/Mid corporate, PL, and consumer segments.
• Track record of contributing to product development and establishing processes for new business units or verticals.
