The employer is a privately held investment advisor in India, with offices in Mumbai.

It has two main businesses – 1) providing non-binding real estate investment advisory services to global institutional investors, club/commingled, discretionary funds with respect to opportunistic investments in India real estate and 2) providing portfolio management services to clients seeking to invest in public equity in India.

Job Description

- To play a pivotal role within the organization, will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely reporting of fund performance and financial information to investors.

- This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.

- Work closely with the Finance Controller and assist him with investors, offshore funds, etc.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fund reporting materials by reconciling data, verifying calculations, and addressing discrepancies.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to gather necessary information for fund reporting.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests, responding promptly and professionally to address their needs.
