Job Description

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have experience of multiple registered entity, One company with Multiple registration for GST
• · VAT, Service Tax, Sales Tax.
• · Filling of Returns for TDS / VAT / Service Tax
• · Legal Support to branches & projects for various queries relating to taxation matters.
• · Making Representations to various Government Authorities.
• · Attending Assessment Proceedings and drafting of various submissions.
• · Advise to the Management on the development of Taxation Legislation.
• · To provide necessary guidance / advice to other departments on Taxation matter.
• · Attending Commissioner (Appeal) for Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise and Service Tax related matters.
• · Liaison with Tax Consultant/Advocates.
• · Monitoring of all statutory compliances
