About Company

We are an investment management firm focused on delivering exceptional risk-adjusted returns through a combination of quantitative models and active investment strategies. Our offerings include Portfolio Management Services (PMS) across multiple strategies designed to help investors achieve their long-term financial goals.

With over ₹300 crore in discretionary PMS AUM (and ₹1,000 crore overall) and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Growth & Demand Generation leader who can help scale our client acquisition engine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a growth-oriented professional who will be responsible for generating qualified investor leads, building scalable acquisition channels, improving conversion funnels, and helping grow company’s assets under management.

The ideal candidate combines performance marketing, content distribution, CRM automation, analytics, and founder-led marketing to create a measurable and repeatable lead-generation engine.

This role reports directly to the Partners and will have a direct impact on the firm’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified HNI and UHNI investor leads.
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
  • Develop campaigns focused on investor acquisition and conversion.
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates across the funnel.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Optimize CPL, CAC, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
  • Work with internal and external teams to scale acquisition efficiently.
  • Build and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign funnels.

Content Distribution & Founder Branding

  • Scale the personal brands of company's Partners across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Drive growth of company's social media presence.
  • Manage distribution of blogs, newsletters, videos, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Coordinate with content, design, PR, and video agencies.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Design and implement lead nurturing journeys.
  • Build automated email, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows.
  • Improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-investor conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations and Sales teams.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create dashboards tracking:
  • Leads generated
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Lead source performance
  • Conversion rates
  • Pipeline metrics
  • Marketing ROI
  • Establish attribution and reporting frameworks.

Partnerships & Events

  • Support webinar programs, podcasts, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build acquisition programs with distributors, wealth managers, and referral channels where relevant.
