They specialize in Indian equity investments for HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and Partners' own capital across different strategies, caps, and sectors. Currently managing an AUM of more than INR 14000 Cr.

Job Description

Job Purpose

• The role will oversee custody operations for mutual fund schemes, ensuring seamless trade settlement, securities reconciliation, corporate action processing, and compliance with regulatory and custodian requirements.

  Functional Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end custody operations including trade settlement, pay-in/pay-out monitoring, securities movement, and reconciliation with custodians and depositories.
• Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of corporate actions such as dividends, bonus, splits, mergers, interest payments, and redemption proceeds across schemes.
• Coordinate with custodians, clearing corporations, depositories, and fund accountants to ensure accurate settlement and reporting of transactions.
• Monitor settlement obligations and resolve trade exceptions/failures to avoid financial or regulatory impact on schemes.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of holdings, cash balances, and securities positions between AMC records, custodians, and RTAs.
• Manage regulatory compliance related to custody operations in line with SEBI, RBI, AMFI, and exchange guidelines.
• Identify automation opportunities in custody and settlement processes to minimize operational risk and improve efficiency.

 Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury Operations, or Banking Operations within the AMC/Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund custody lifecycle, securities settlement, depository operations, and corporate actions.
