Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, finance-literate Director – Marketing to drive our B2B expansion for our AI based tools for the Finance function. This role sits at the intersection of Strategic Sales, Product Marketing, and Financial Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
· Consultative B2B Sales: Engage CFOs and Finance Heads to demonstrate how our AI tools automate and optimize finance workflows.
· GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the new AI tools.
· Cross-function collaboration: Lead and build collaboration between the marketing and tech teams to achieve customer specifications through the tools.
· Product Evangelism: Translate complex tech capabilities into high-impact financial ROI for enterprise clients.
· Market Intelligence: Identify white spaces in the "Office of the CFO" tech stack.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Qualified CA.
· Background: Strong Finance foundation to better understand the product and the customer’s pain-points
· Experience: 8+ years PQE in Big 4 (Indian practice only) and currently a 2nd/ 3rd year Senior Manager or Director there
Attributes: High ownership, tech-curious, and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
