Job Description

We are a systematic investment firm building scalable, data-driven strategies across derivatives and multi-asset portfolios.

We are looking for an Associate – Investor Relations & Capital Development to manage investor relationships and support capital growth. The role involves working closely with partners and the investment team to communicate portfolio performance, build investor pipelines, and develop systems to scale the investor function.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Relations :

• Manage relationships with HNIs, family offices, and sophisticated investors
• Communicate portfolio performance, strategy insights, and risk frameworks
• Prepare investor presentations, reports, and performance updates
• Address investor queries and maintain long-term relationships

Capital Development :

• Build and manage a pipeline of potential investors
• Engage with family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, and sophisticated investors
• Convert investor interest into long-term capital partnerships

Distribution & Partnerships :

• Build relationships with wealth managers, distributors, and advisors
• Represent the firm in investor meetings and industry interactions

Team & Process Management :

• Guide analysts supporting investor relations
• Build structured processes for investor onboarding, reporting, and communication
• Maintain CRM systems and investor pipeline tracking

Systems & Reporting :

• Develop dashboards for investor pipeline, capital inflows, and engagement metrics
• Improve reporting through automation and structured workflows

Experience

• Background in portfolio management firms, wealth management, investment advisory, derivatives sales, or alternative investments
• Experience working with HNIs, family offices, or sophisticated investors
• 3years - 4Years exp in relevant

Knowledge

• Understanding of portfolio performance metrics, risk management, derivatives/options strategies, and investment analytics

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and numerical ability
• Ability to explain complex investment strategies clearly
• Experience managing reports, dashboards, and investor data
