Job Description

Key Responsibilities :  

• Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across funds;
• Assist in tracking and working on different aspects of the fund - management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management.
• Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AlFs; Payments
• Assist with Quarterly and Annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries.
• Assist with Valuation of portfolio companies in line with SEBI annual requirements.  
• Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters; and
• Follow a close checklist approach to ensure effective co-ordination amongst all stakeholders.
• Assist in handling Management company operations including finance, audit, taxation, compliance, treasury, etc.
