About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources function for our rapidly growing supply chain and logistics organization. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for driving people strategy, shaping organizational culture, and leading HR operations across all functions. This leader will work closely with the Founders to align HR initiatives with business objectives while building a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and execute the HR strategy in line with business goals.
    • Partner with the Founders and leadership team to influence organizational design, talent planning, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management
    • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels.
    • Build a strong employer brand to position the organization as an employer of choice in the logistics and supply chain industry.
    • Implement succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
    • Design and implement engagement programs, learning initiatives, and recognition frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Oversee payroll, compliance, labor law adherence, and HR policies.
    • Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
    • Develop metrics to measure HR effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management & Rewards
    • Implement effective performance appraisal systems that link employee contributions with organizational goals.
    • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
  • Change Management & Transformation
    • Lead organizational change initiatives, driving digital HR transformation and adoption of new systems and processes.
    • Support integration during expansions, acquisitions, or restructuring.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR functions for growing organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
