About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales HR Professional to lead the complete HR lifecycle for our Consumer Goods division’s Sales team. The role requires a strong background in managing Sales HR, with a proven track record of aligning HR processes to drive sales effectiveness, engagement, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR partner for the Sales team, supporting business leaders in people-related decisions.
  • Drive HR initiatives that strengthen sales productivity and engagement.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure seamless HR operations tailored to the sales function.
  • Performance Management & Incentives
  • Implement performance management systems linked with business goals, sales targets, and KPIs.
  • Design, monitor, and administer sales incentives, bonuses, and reward programs.

Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps within the sales workforce and drive L&D interventions.
  • Partner with leadership to design training programs focused on sales effectiveness, leadership, and career development.

Compensation & Payroll

  • Oversee payroll and ensure accuracy in salary, incentives, and target-based payouts.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and labor laws.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in Sales HR roles.
  • Strong background in Consumer Goods / Manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing targets, incentives, and sales-specific HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
