Job Description: 

Role: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about tech hiring and thrives in a high-growth product startup environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Support), as well as contributing to building strong talent pipelines for business teams. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective hiring strategies. 
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for product-based B2B SaaS talent. 
  • Drive an excellent candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
  • Work with the team on employer branding, campus outreach, and recruitment analytics. 
  • Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and ensure compliance with hiring processes. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring (product companies / B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (SDEs, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Support Engineers, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about building high-performing teams and scaling a global SaaS startup.
