Job Description: 

Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech Hiring) to drive recruitment across business and operational roles. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across non tech roles (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Marketing) to bring in the best talent to fuel our growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech functions including Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements, define role briefs, and design hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, campus drives, and employee referrals.
  • Drive strong candidate engagement and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team on employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment programs.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes and compliance standards. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 1–3 years of non-tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup or product company.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for business roles (sales, support, marketing, ops).
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with knowledge of multiple platforms and networks.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
