Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : 

•  MIS for higher management on financial results with analysis of financial performance, variance analysis and measures to bring them on stream for any deviations
•  Finalisation of legal entity accounts / Tax accounts / Cost accounts and achieving best in class reporting standards
•  Oversight on finalisation of accounts for Japan reporting (Hi-GPS / Hi-Tree)
•  Overview of Functions of Material Accounting (including material audit), Sales Accounting with an objective to improve financial performance metrics of the Company
•  Overview of payroll and retiral trusts (PF / SAF / GF) administration
•  Custodian of Accounting and financial policies.
•  Ensuring control framework in line with Regulatory requirements, J-SoX .
•  Conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures
•  Leading and managing the financial operations (Outsourced operations), instituting financial controls & discipline.
•  Interaction with Statutory auditors & Direct Tax authorities.
•  Ensure effective function of Internal Financial Controls.
•  Drive compliance of Direct Tax related changes (eg. TDS, TCS, etc) by interacting with different departments & partners (dealers / vendors / customers) .
•  Drive the process effectively to capture results on major cost reduction programs institutionalized by the company.
